Subscription Terms

1. Agreement and Termination:

• By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions for accessing and using EmergingTextiles.com.
• Either party can terminate the agreement at any time by giving notice to the other party.
• Termination will result in the loss of access to the website, and no refunds will be provided.
• There is no automatic renewal at the end of the subscription period.

2. Subscription Options:

• Single Subscription: Provides access to conventional fibers and yarns for one user only, strictly for personal use.
• Team Subscription: Provides full access to content for up to three collaborators of the same entity with professional email addresses under the same domain. EU and US apparel databases are not included. Sharing access details or sending data to others will result in the termination of the subscription.
• Corporate Subscription: Provides access for ten collaborators of the same group or organization with professional email addresses and a unique domain name. Access is not granted to subsidiaries or entities with different domain names.

3. Data Usage:

• Data supplied by EmergingTextiles.com should not be sent to anyone outside the company or entity, including other entities of the same group or organization with different domain names.
• Data can be shown to suppliers and customers for ongoing negotiations.
• A Corporate Subscription allows the creation of an internal database with EmergingTextiles.com's data, accessible to all collaborators of the same entity with an identical domain name.
• A customized datasheet can be provided upon request, limited to a selection of 30 products.
• The URL for accessing the customized datasheet should not be transmitted to any other entity.

4. Account and Password:

• Subscribers are responsible for all uses of the website using their password.
• Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with others. Breach of this restriction will result in immediate termination of the subscription for all subscribers of the same entity.

5. Copyright and Limited Permission to Copy:

• Copyright and similar rights in the content of the website are owned by EmergingTextiles.com.
• Subscribers are permitted to print or download extracts from the material for personal use only.
• Data should not be disseminated or reprinted without express permission from EmergingTextiles.com.
• Posting content to social networks or other publication systems requires prior written consent.

6. Changes to the User Agreement:

• EmergingTextiles.com can add or change the content of the agreement, with notifications posted on the website.
• Users are responsible for referring to and accepting these changes.

7. Disclaimer:

• EmergingTextiles.com does not provide warranty or assurance regarding the operation, quality, or functionality of the website.
• The website's accessibility may be interrupted, restricted, or delayed for any reason.
