22 November 2017 - Polyester prices are no more rising in China, although still increasing in Pakistan. A decline of demand has stabilized prices which have surged in the past months and years, boosting profits at polyester plants in China. Nylon/Polyamide and Caprolactam Market Prices in China (Monthly Report)

21 November 2017 - Nylon 6 prices have begun dropping in the last week in China after caprolactam prices have previously plunged. CPL prices were today bottoming out in Asia, but the rebound could rapidly end. Our monthly report covers the latest and long-term trends of nylon 6 (polyamide 6) prices, also displaying a vertical view of the nylon chain prices, including benzene, caprolactam, staple fibers and filament yarns. 21 November 2017 - The cotton yarn market is relatively weak in China where prices have however not really dropped in the past seven days. Imports continue threatening the domestic production, due to the stability of cotton prices at a higher level than elsewhere. Our weekly report covers the China yarn domestic and import market indicators, as well as local market prices in Qianqing (Zhejiang). Prices of a large number of counts are released for spun cotton, polyester, viscose and blends. Import prices are also available for yarns from India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Vietnam. U.S. Apparel Import Prices in January-September 2017: China vs. India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Mexico and Honduras

21 November 2017 - Unit prices of US apparel imports have continued dropping in the first three quarters this year, with however sharp differences depending on product categories and origins. The average export price has for instance more declined in China than in most other countries. US buyers have also been able to cut the prices of products from many other origins, although less dramatically. This is clearly reflected by our series of statistical tables offering a comprehensive comparison of unit values per origin and product category.
