How do I subscribe a group?

- You will select a 'Group Administrator' to handle the payment and to communicate with EmergingTextiles.com regarding your subscription.

Is there a limited amount of users?

- A standard group subscription can have up to 10 users. If you wish to price a smaller group please visit our  Group Rate Table.

Is it possible to subscribe more than 10 users?

- If you wish to price a larger group please email our Subscription Manager, Joanne Cramer (jcramer@emergingtextiles.com)  or send us a message through our Contact Page.

Is your access monitored? Is it possible to share an individual subscription amongst a group?

- We monitor all our site traffic and access to our website. If we find that and individual subscription is being shared amongst a group, access is immediately revoked. Please review our  terms for further information.

What is the Group Administrator responsible for?

- He or she is responsible for processing the payment and communicating with EmergingTextiles.com.

What if the size of my group increases? Can I add users?

- This is not a problem. The group administrator can send us this information via e-mail.

What if I want to replace people in my group with new members? Can I substitute?

- Yes, again the group administrator should inform us of this change as we need to keep our database updated with current information.

Do all users within the group have the same subscription end date even if they have different start dates?

- Yes, the subscription end date will be the same for all group members as this makes the administrative and renewal process simple for all involved.
