When will I receive initial access?

- You will be granted access as soon as we have received payment from you. Payment by creditcard grants immediate access to our content.

How will you acknowledge my order?

- Yes it is possible to pay in  Euros

What is the difference between individual and group subscription?

- An individual subscription is for a single user only whereas a group subscription allows multiple users access to our reports at a reduced rate.

Is it possible to share an individual subscription amongst a group?

- No, it is not possible to share an individual subscription. We monitor all our site traffic and access to our website. If we find that an individual subscription is being shared amongst a group, access is immediately revoked.

Do I get a renewal notice?

- Yes, you will receive a renewal notice via email one month before your subscription ends on a weekly basis until one month after your subscription ends.

Will I automatically be charged when my subscription is due for renewal?

- No, you will not be charged until you place your renewal request.

How secure are my creditcard details?

- All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.
