26 January 2012 - US imports dramatically fell in fourth quarter last year in major cotton apparel categories while more resisting in man-made fiber categories. China's shipments heavily dropped but other origins also suffered, as reflected by our series of statistical tables comparing import volumes for each major apparel category, from knit and woven shirts to trousers, underwear and bras.
